so glad you did it Linda, a powrful message anyway, but even more so, cos it means something to you. That will shine thru.

Well done both of you. This is a really important subject and a great idea for a website. I wish you all the very best.

(By the way, Linda, did you see this http://joind.co.uk/i-link ?)

I shall follow this blog with interest. I have come to the conclusion that I suffer from depression but for a long time I chose not to believe that. I have taken some steps but I don't think they are the right ones because as I am beginning to realise, depression is an illness which needs treatment.
Good luck with this site

Linda,
I just came here via the post on your other blog.
It's widely know in our circles that I have battled with depression for a long long time and have just about managed to give up.... but hung on by the slightest thread.
I would love to become more involved in this project.

more support. Peace, Y'all.....in this moment.

Hi! Josie at Sleep is for the Weak has given a prompt this week about writing about depression. It was suggested that my entry could be posted here. What do i have to do? There are likely to be severalfrom other folk as well.

Hello - we'll link to Josie's post when the links are published -- I hope that makes sense! I was just keen for Josie to let people know that we are here and telling people's stories as well as pointing them in the direction of other people's stories in case this may help and linking to support and so on. x

What a fantastic resource this site has become for me and the people I work with! I find this blog a really useful reference tool which has helped me more than twice to better understand some of this issues and thought processes that my clients have. Keep up the great work
