MUSICAL Minis hold fun sessions for pre-school children where they can develop all sorts of skills while having a good old bash at musical instruments as well as singing their hearts out.
The classes, which are held across the country, aren't designed to teach children to play the instruments but each session helps them become:
- A skilful communicator by developing language and co-ordination
- Emotionally developed through sharing stories and songs whilst meeting new friends
- A confident child by joining in the activities in a relaxed group atmosphere
- A creative child by letting the children explore the instruments, sounds, rhythm and movement
We're working with founder Karen Sherr, a former Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital play specialist on various projects. Watch this space for more details and you can watch the video above to see how each class is structured.
