One of the key areas for our clients who are finding out more about podcasts is that they allow them to expand on expertise or guidance in a given area - helping their customers understand more about what they do and how and why they do it. That expertise can also go further - allowing our commercial and not for profit clients to communicate why they are leaders in their field or underlining their authority.
And of course, they are building trust with their customers or service users - they may not be professional broadcasters but by enabling their customers to listen directly to what they have to say, they are "adding value" to their services, and building a relationship with those who buy from them.
Have a listen to the podcast to hear Helen chat with Neil about the podcast service we provide.
You can also hear Neil interviewing Linda about her book in a podcast here.
